west central Wisconsin on the
first full weekend in February.

–Good visibility
–Sunshine or if cloudy,
high cloud ceilings
Unfavorable conditions:
–Too strong wind, over
8 mph OR no wind at all
–Poor visibility or
low cloud ceilings
–Snow or rain
